Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by Nobregas. Violations may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Nobregas infrastructure:

  • Distribution of spam, unsolicited bulk email or SMS messages.
  • Hosting, distribution or transmission of malware, viruses or exploit kits.
  • Initiating or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Hosting, distribution or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Unauthorised access to third-party systems (hacking, credential stuffing, port scanning).
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit written approval from Nobregas.
  • Hosting content that violates applicable copyright, trademark or intellectual property law.
  • Phishing, fraud, identity theft or deceptive practices.
  • Deliberately degrading shared infrastructure or neighbouring accounts.

3. Resource Usage

On shared and WordPress hosting plans, excessive CPU, memory or I/O usage that impacts other customers may result in resource throttling or account review. Please use a VPS or dedicated server for high-resource workloads.

4. Network Security

You must not use our services to probe, scan or test vulnerabilities in third-party networks without explicit written authorisation. Running open proxies, Tor exit nodes or anonymisation services is prohibited without prior approval.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from Nobregas infrastructure, contact us at [email protected]. We take all abuse reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.

6. Enforcement

Nobregas reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy at our sole discretion. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating violations of applicable law.
