We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use our hosting services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3. Hosting Services

Our hosting plans include:

  • NVMe SSD storage as specified in your plan
  • Unlimited bandwidth (subject to fair use policy)
  • Free SSL certificates
  • Daily automated backups
  • AlmaLinux protection
  • Email hosting

Service availability is subject to maintenance windows and unforeseen technical issues. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious software
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Adult content or pornography
  • Excessive resource consumption affecting other users
  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Proxy or VPN services (unless authorized)
  • Tor exit nodes

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the billing date.

Late Payment: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended after 7 days. A $5 late fee may apply.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

6. Resource Limits

Each plan has specific resource limits:

CPU: Limited by cores allocated to your plan

RAM: Limited by memory allocated to your plan

Entry Processes: Maximum simultaneous processes as specified

I/O Speed: Disk I/O limited to plan specifications

Inodes: File count limited as per plan

Exceeding limits may result in throttling or upgrade recommendations. Consistent overuse may require plan upgrade or termination.

7. Data and Backups

While we provide daily automated backups as a courtesy, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

Backups are retained for 7 days. Restoration requests may incur fees. We recommend maintaining independent backups of critical data.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Excessive resource usage
  • Security threats or malicious activity
  • Legal requirements or law enforcement requests

You may cancel your service at any time through your client portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Support

We provide technical support via ticket system. Support is available for:

  • Server and hosting platform issues
  • Control panel assistance
  • Email configuration
  • DNS and domain management

Support does not include custom coding, software debugging, or third-party application troubleshooting.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Force majeure events

11. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using our services, you grant us permission to store, backup, and display your content as necessary to provide services.

Our branding, logos, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiations between parties
