Your profile name appears throughout the Nobregas MySQL Panel — in the header, on your account page, and in system-generated messages. You can update it at any time from the Profile page.

Step-by-Step: Updating Your Name

  1. Log in at mysql.nobregas.org.
  2. Click your avatar (user icon) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
  3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
  4. Find the Full Name field on the profile page.
  5. Clear the current name and type your new name.
  6. Click Save Changes.

Your name is updated immediately throughout the panel.

What Changes

  • The header/navigation displays your updated name.
  • Your profile page reflects the change.
  • Any future system notifications or messages use the new name.

What Does Not Change

  • Your login email remains the same.
  • Your databases, users, and data are unaffected.
  • Your API key stays the same.
  • Other users or services connected to your databases see no change.

Name Requirements

  • Must not be empty — a name is required.
  • Can include first name, last name, or a display name of your choice.
  • Special characters and spaces are allowed.

When to Update Your Name

  • Name change — Legal name change or preference update.
  • Company switch — You changed organizations and want the panel to reflect it.
  • Typo fix — Your name was entered incorrectly during registration.
  • Branding — You want a business name displayed instead of a personal name.
