Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Nobregas ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Nobregas provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, game server hosting, domain registration and related infrastructure services. Services are provided on an "as is" basis subject to the applicable plan specifications.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Activities that violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute spam or interfere with our network are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at signup (monthly or annual). Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.

6. Service Level Agreement

Uptime commitments and compensation terms are defined in our Service Level Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces and content provided by Nobregas remain our exclusive property. You retain full ownership of content you upload to our infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobregas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
